A significant renovation and addition of a 1933 English Country style home by prominent architect Gerard Colcord. The owners’ main priority for this project was to preserve the original character felt throughout the home, while revitalizing it to accommodate their modern needs. A substantial addition and renovation was designed to incorporate an updated program and floor plan.
